Welcome to Susie’s! By placing an order with us, whether in-store, online, or via delivery, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
- In-Store Orders: You may purchase items directly at Susie’s location.
- Online Orders: Online ordering is available through Susie’s ordering system, which is accessed via the GiftMe platform. Payment is facilitated securely through GiftMe.
- Delivery: Orders may be delivered via third-party delivery providers. Susie’s is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues once the order has been handed over for delivery.
2. Order Confirmation
- All orders, whether in-store or online, are confirmed directly by Susie’s.
- Customers should check their confirmation and contact Susie’s immediately at suebake@hotmail.com if there are any issues.
3. Payments
- Payments for online orders are processed securely through GiftMe.
- In-store payments may be made by cash, debit, or credit card.
- Payment is required at the time of ordering.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- In-store purchases are final sale.
- Online orders may only be cancelled if preparation has not yet begun.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Menu & Pricing
- Prices and menu items may change without notice.
- Online images are for illustrative purposes only.
6. Third-Party Services
- GiftMe facilitates access to Susie’s online ordering system and payment processing only. Susie’s is responsible for preparing and fulfilling all orders.
- Third-party delivery providers handle transportation; Susie’s is not liable for delivery issues once the order leaves our premises.
7. Allergies & Food Safety
- Customers must inform Susie’s of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
- Susie’s takes care in food preparation but cannot guarantee absence of allergens.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Susie’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from in-store or online orders, including issues caused by third-party platforms or delivery services.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
